RACM was approached by our clients to assist with the design and construct of their 1960’s beach shack conversion. A six months extension and alteration project that included major temporary structural supports and part demolition adding on an additional 18 squares to create a new 30 square house.

Project features; Timber framed windows, Woodcut timber flooring, burnished concrete floors, hydronic heating, pine lined walls, Signorino stone tiles, Lorde White natural stone, Axon Cladding, feature joinery including wet bar and cellar, architectural metalwork, external hard and soft landscaping works.
